I've noticed a lot of signatures and IDs which include a list of things people hate. While I understand that we all have our likes and dislikes, I think it's kind of sad that a lot of people broadcast the things they hate to the world. There's so much hate out there already. It's not so bad with the IDs- I mean, you're learning about the person there, so of course you'll see what they like/dislike- but the signatures really bug me. Often it's the way things are worded that really offends me- like when people say they hate something, and it sounds like they hate the people who disagree with them. Just because you don't agree with someone doesn't mean you shouldn't treat them nicely.

So here's a stamp for everyone who takes the high road. Spread it around, and maybe more people will keep their opinions to themselves until they become relevant. If we're discussing a war, fine, but I don't want to hear about how much you hate it while I'm looking at a picture of a pretty pony. (I hate war too, man, but we're talking about PONIES here. Sheesh!) And if we do discuss war and your opinion differs from mine, you bet I'll still be respectful.
